PRIVACY POLICY LLC MDO "PAYVAND GROUP"
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to the relationship between the payment system "Payvand Group" (LLC MDO) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Operator") and individuals who are Users of the payment service "Payvand" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), when Users perform operations using the Service. The Policy applies to all information that the Service Operator may obtain about the User during their use of the Service.
The terms used in this Policy are used in the meaning that they have in the Public Offer for the use of the payment service "Payvand" (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer").
Use of the Service means the User's unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the Offer without any exceptions or limitations on the terms of accession and the User's unconditional agreement with this Policy and the terms of information processing specified in it; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User should not use the Service.
1. USER INFORMATION THAT THE SERVICE OPERATOR RECEIVES AND PROCESSES:
1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, User information means:
1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves independently during registration (creating an account with the Service) or in the process of using the Service, including the User's personal data.
Collection and processing of personal information of users
1.1. By using the Service, the User agrees to the collection and processing of their personal information by the Service Operator, as well as to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1.1.1. The personal information of the User that the Service Operator may collect and process includes: last name, first name, patronymic (if provided by the User), email address, phone number, date of birth, and other information provided by the User when registering or using the Service.
1.1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Service Operator during the use of the Service with the help of software installed on the User's device, including, but not limited to: IP address, device serial number, operating system, and other information about the device used to access the Service, information from cookies, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the Service), time of access, and the address of the requested page.
1.2. This Policy applies only to the Service. The Service Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access through links available on the Service website.
1.3. Except for cases of User identification on the grounds and in the manner provided for by the Offer and the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Service Operator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User. The Service Operator assumes that the User provides truthful and sufficient information and keeps this information up to date. If it is found that the User has provided information that does not correspond to reality, the Service Operator may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service at any time. The User agrees that in the event of providing untrue information about themselves, claims of the User against the Service Operator related to the provision of the Service will not have legal force.
2. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF USERS:
2.1. The Service Operator collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for providing the Service and delivering services in accordance with the Offer.
2.2. The Service Operator may use the User's personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of the User;
2.2.2. Enhancement of the security of the Service usage;
2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the Service, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
2.2.4. Improvement of the quality of the Service, its ease of use, and development of new services;
2.2.5. Execution of the Customer's instruction to transfer funds and/or return the remaining funds.
3. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES:
3.1. The Service Operator stores information about Users in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, this policy, and the internal regulatory documents of the Service Operator.
3.2. The Service Operator ensures the confidentiality of User information.
3.3. The Service Operator may transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The User has given consent to such actions;
3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the execution of the User's instruction;
3.3.3. The transfer is provided for by local or other applicable legislation within the framework of the established legislative procedure;
3.3.4. For the purpose of ensuring the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Service Operator or third parties in cases where the Service Operator has sufficient grounds to believe that the User is violating the terms of the Offer and/or requirements of applicable law.
3.4. When processing personal data of Users, the Service Operator follows the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. MEASURES APPLIED FOR PROTECTION OF USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION:
4.1. The Service Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
5. CHANGE OF PRIVACY POLICY. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
5.1. The Service Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always available on the Service website.
